Talal Al Dhiyebi
Chairman
Talal Al Dhiyebi is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Properties, the UAE’s leading real estate developer, investor, and manager.
The company currently holds a diversified recurring income portfolio worth over USD 10 billion, an ongoing development backlog of over USD 20 billion between owned and managed projects, in addition to a 69 million sqm strategic landbank.
Under his leadership, Aldar has expanded its operations outside of Abu Dhabi to neighbouring emirates, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. Internationally, Aldar has entered the Egyptian market through its majority stake in the leading real estate company, SODIC, and into Europe via its ownership of UK real estate developer London Square and strategic investments such as its logistics partnership with global investment firm Carlyle. In 2022, Aldar secured a USD 1.4 billion investment from Apollo Global Management, one of the largest foreign direct investments into Abu Dhabi’s private sector.
Aldar is a regional leader when it comes to sustainability, having launched its comprehensive Net Zero Action Plan by committing to becoming net zero in Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 2050. The company has set high standards across various ESG metrics, including Governance, Diversity & Inclusion, Women Empowerment, Youth Development, Emiratisation, Worker Welfare & CSR.
Talal chairs the boards of a number of Aldar businesses, including Aldar Estates, SODIC, and London Square, and is Vice-Chairman of Aldar Education.
Talal also serves on the boards of numerous companies, including Abu Dhabi Transport Company, Ethara, Miral Asset Management, National Projects Office, Sandooq Al Watan, the UAE’s national fund focused on social contribution, NMDC Energy, Edamah, the real estate arm of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches and is a member of the executive committee of Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. Talal previously served on the boards of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.
Talal is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Jassem Saleh Busaibe
Vice Chairman
Jassem Saleh Busaibe is the Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Investment. He has over 15 years of experience in finance and investment, having held a number of high-profile roles at several private and public sector companies in Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Aldar, he was the Chief Finance Officer at SENAAT and previously served as CEO of Arady Properties.
Mr Busaibe was also formerly Senior Vice President of Private Equities at the Abu Dhabi Investment Company, Invest AD, and spent seven years at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he worked as a Portfolio Manager focusing on European Equities.
Mr Busaibe is a CFA Charter holder and holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School, UK.
Executive Management

Khaled Alrajhi
Chief Executive Officer, Aldar Estates
Khaled Alrajhi is the Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Estates. In this role, he directs the organisation’s strategic vision, excellence, development, and innovation.
Prior to his role at Aldar Estates, Khaled was the Chief Executive Officer at Musanada (Abu Dhabi General Services Company), where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s strategy and operations, with a primary focus on delivering value to clients and the broader community.
Before that, Khaled held multiple roles across the real estate cycle where he served as Executive Director of Contracts and Procurement, Director of Development, and Director of Projects at Aldar Properties PJSC, and before that as Director of Procurement /Projects at Sorouh Real Estate PJSC where he oversaw the full real estate cycle from inception to completion.
Khaled holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, and Management from Clark University in the USA. His comprehensive education, coupled with his extensive professional experience, equips him with a unique skillset that has propelled him to success in the world of real estate and beyond.

Simone Savi
Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer, Aldar Estates
Simone Savi is the Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer (CFSO) at Aldar Estates. In his role, he leads the finance, strategy, and sustainability teams, overseeing a dynamic workforce of over 150 professionals across the UAE and KSA. He is also responsible for driving the organisation’s financial performance, and fostering its talent-driven culture.
Prior to his role at Aldar Estates, Simone was the CFO UK & Ireland at Cushman Wakefield, where he played a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of a 3-year strategic growth plan, spearheading initiatives to enhance commercial excellence and operational efficiency, financial reporting and compliance. He was also the EMEA Head Financial Planning & Analytics and EMEA Finance Director within the company. Before that, Simone was the Senior Income Statement Finance Manager (Oil & Gas, UK) and the Manager in the Corporate Audit Staff (Corporate, US) at General Electric.
Simone holds an executive MBA from the London Business School, UK, a CEMS Master’s degree in International Management from the Rotterdam School Of Management, Netherlands and a Master’s degree in Science in Management from the Bocconi University, Italy.

Fatema Al Hashmi
Chief Operating Officer, Aldar Estates
Fatema Al Hashmi is a visionary leader and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aldar Estates, a role she has held since February 2024. With over 17 years of experience in leadership, management, digital transformation, and governance, Fatema brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. As COO, she plays a pivotal role in driving our operational strategy, ensuring organizational efficiency, and leading transformative initiatives that align with our long-term vision. Her ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans has been instrumental in fostering growth, inspiring high-performance teams, enhancing employee productivity and retention, and cultivating an inclusive workplace culture.
Before joining Aldar Estates, Fatema served as the Digital Cluster Director - Business Support & Governance at Abu Dhabi Ports, where she successfully established and led the business support function for the Digital Cluster. She designed and implemented a robust organizational structure that aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, while also driving operational excellence and governance. Earlier in her career, she held couple of positions at Financial Strategy and control, where she demonstrated exceptional skills in financial management and strategic planning.
Fatema’s academic credentials reflect her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Business and Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) and an Executive MBA from Zayed University. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence’s (MBZUAI) Executive Program, which has further enriched her expertise in leadership and innovation.

Andrew Brockett
General Counsel, Aldar Estates
Andrew Brockett is the General Counsel at Aldar Estates. He brings over 16 years of qualified legal experience across the UAE and UK, providing expert legal counsel and strategic guidance on a wide range of complex transactions and projects.
Prior to joining Aldar Estates, Andrew practised at Norton Rose Fulbright where he advised prominent clients, including Aldar Investment. His private practice experience includes advising on a diverse range of real estate matters involving investment, development and finance for sovereign wealth funds, corporate landowners, occupiers, renewable energy companies and financial institutions.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Durham University in the UK.

Randy Fink
Chief Executive Officer, Property, Community Management , Valuation & Advisory and Integrated Asset Services
Randy Fink is the Chief Executive Officer of Property, Community Management, Valuation & Advisory and Integrated Asset Services at Aldar Estates. With a reputation for imaginative and confident leadership, Randy is known for his dynamic leadership style and his success as a coach, operator, and deal maker.
Before his current position, Randy spent a decade at JLL, a global real estate services firm. He held various roles, including Chair of the Investor Services Executive Committee, Managing Director of Property Management for the Southeast US, and Co-Leader of the Global Premium Services Group (GPSG). His responsibilities included executive leadership of diverse portfolios and business lines and facilitating thought leadership on a global scale.
Randy’s career journey also includes impactful roles with regional development firms including Merrifield Partners, Grubb Properties, various international projects including time as a consultant with Tractus Asia, and experience as a senior staff member for key US government officials. A proud alumnus of Duke University, Randy holds a BA in both Public Policy and History. He further enriched his education with an MBA in Finance (Real Estate Development) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Naser Barhoum
Chief Executive Officer, Facilities Management
Naser Barhoum serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Facilities Management business vertical as part of Aldar Estates, the largest integrated property and facilities management company in the region. Prior to his role at Aldar Estates, he held the position of Divisional CEO at IREC Holdings, the real estate management division of Eltizam Group. With 22 years of experience in Facilities Management and Community Management, he is regarded as one of the most experienced real estate executives in the UAE. Naser is responsible for developing and executing services delivery strategies, transforming and standardising services across the entire portfolio, as well as assessing and mitigating risks.
As an industry leader, Naser has hands-on experience developing short, medium, and long-term innovative solutions to operational challenges. Driving large teams of professionals to maximise stakeholders’ value and leading the improvement of brand recognition and market positioning through significantly enhancing the customer journey of clients and corporate brokers, resulting in higher customer satisfaction, safer and more sustainable communities with a focus on quality living and effective communication.

Simon Roopchand
Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Community Services
Simon Roopchand is the Chief Executive Officer of the Integrated Community Services at Aldar Estates, leading Basatin landscaping and Spark security businesses. With over 25 years of experience across various sectors including landscaping and agriculture technology, energy services, and construction, Simon has a proven track record of transforming organizations, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading successful market expansions across the GCC and SEA regions.
Before joining Aldar Estates, Simon held senior leadership roles, including Group COO & Middle East CEO at AG Tech Business, where he pioneered the integration of Building Services, Engineering, and Agricultural Technology in the region. He also served as Group CEO at Lorne Stewart Group and Executive General Manager at Rezayat Group, where he successfully delivered growth and operational excellence in challenging markets.
Simon holds an MSc in Maintenance & Asset Management from the University of Manchester, a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bradford, and is a Chartered Member of the British Engineering Council and a Chartered Energy Engineer with the Energy Institute.
